I saw this car while I was driving down Central Expressway in Mountain View the other day. At first, I thought that it was a real cop car. My friend quickly pointed it out that it's not a real official car. Someone just decorated his/her car to look like a cop car. Look at it! It got "Psycho Patrol" on the side with a cartoon human-like figure running on the side.
Well, if it was for real, I can guarantee you that they didn't do a good job to let me this psycho run loose on the street!
